Position Overview As a Digital Campaign Analyst at First Stop Health, you will own the end-to-end process of creating, managing, and optimizing highly personalized marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Engagement, you will leverage our marketing automation tool to craft targeted campaigns that are tailored to our members' needs and behaviors. You’ll be responsible for driving engagement across our digital channels, optimizing the contact journey, and ensuring transparency by documenting campaigns for cross-team visibility. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Personalization & Optimization
Lead the design and execution of hyper-personalized campaigns. Tailor messaging based on behavioral data, segmentation, and demographic insights to drive engagement and deliver results.
- Contact Journey Management
Optimize the member contact journey by analyzing data and fine-tuning the flow of communication. Ensure that every touchpoint is meaningful and that the journey is aligned with the goals of the business.
- Collaborate with Data Scientist & Marketing Analyst
As a data-driven Campaign Manager, you will work closely with our Analytics team members to continually optimize campaigns, segments, and messaging. Request and act upon critical reports and analyses, prioritizing our most high-value business questions.
- Expertise
Utilize our automation platform’s powerful capabilities for segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum engagement. Become the internal expert providing support and guidance on its best practices. Be the main point of contact managing the relationship.
- Campaign Documentation & Transparency
Maintain clear, detailed documentation of key campaigns and strategies. Ensure that there is transparency across teams by providing insights into campaign performance, key learnings, and best practices.
- Sales Enablement Support
Work with Manager of Engagement and Content Curator to create sales enablement materials, including campaign summaries, performance reports, and other resources, to empower the sales team with the tools they need to drive success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with product, analytics, and other teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ proven experience as a marketing campaign manager, campaign strategist, or similar role, with expertise in digital marketing, automation, and personalization.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms, with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust campaigns for better results.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and ensure clear, effective execution.
- Experience with sales enablement and creating resources to support the sales team is a plus.
