ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our campaigns. You’ll leverage data insights, cultural trends, and platform best practices to develop compelling ad strategies and scripts that resonate with audiences. This role bridges the gap between analytics and creativity, ensuring every campaign delivers tangible results for our clients.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, creative, and production teams to create innovative campaigns for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. From concept development to final execution, your work will drive the success of our clients.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute creative strategies across paid and organic channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, platform best practices, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Write high-impact creative briefs and ad scripts tailored to platform-specific requirements and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with creators, videographers, editors, and other team members to produce exceptional content.
  • Monitor ad account performance and use insights to refine creative strategies for improved results.
  • Balance creative quality with quantity to ensure a steady pipeline of high-performing content.
  • Stay on top of emerging trends, creative tools, and industry updates to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with our clients paid media team to analyse creative performance and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy or related role, ideally within e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing performance-driven ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong scriptwriting skills with a portfolio showcasing direct-response ads or performance-driven creative.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable creative strategies.
  • Experience managing creative production teams or external creators.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
