EVOLVE Is an exiciting, profitable, fast-growing B2B SaaS platform designed for MEP contractors with $10M+ ARR. We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who can drive our inbound marketing efforts and execute creative strategies to support our enterprise GTM motions (such as 1:1, 1:few, 1: many ABM tactics). As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and optimizing the customer journey to drive conversions and support our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creative Marketing Campaigns That Drive Growth: Successfully plan, execute, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns and creative strategies to support our enterprise GTM motions that meet our business objectives. (existing inbound channels include email marketing, linkedin ads and google ads). Ensure MQLs are routing effectively to correct places.
• Test And Optimize New Channels: Continual mapping of our new customer journey experience and build hypothesis on where to improve. Know where each persona spend time online, identify new ways to target and reach (niche blogs, targeted ads, offline, etc). The ability to learn new channels/tactics quickly to test and uncover whether it’s successful or not.
• Performance Driven: Performance driven. Constantly tracking whether things are working or not. Constantly learning and seeking to understand. Work with CRM admin to ensure target accounts are properly marked in CRM and have reports.
• Track New Customer Journey: Create and manage campaigns to track our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and enterprise segments against the customer journey using HubSpot. Add new ICP prospects to the database, remove those that do not fit criteria.
• MEP Force & Event Promotion: Drive awareness and attendance for our user conference, MEP Force, as well as other key events.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Community & Content Specialist to identify content that is required for successful growth campaigns for inbound and outbound GTM strategies. Content requests may include videos, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement and more.
Qualifications:
• Proven 0 to 1 Experience: 3+ years experience as a successful growth marketer or first marketing hire responsible to drive demand and leads that influenced revenue growth for a fast growing B2B tech startup.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, track key metrics, come up with new ideas and hypothesis and adjust strategies to optimize campaign performance.
• Independent Execution & Delegation: Take the initiative in executing campaigns independently while also being able to delegate tasks to others on the marketing team as needed and project management tasks to ensure activities get completed on schedule.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Team, Product, Customer Experience and Leadership.
• HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in using HubSpot to manage customer journeys, target accounts, and reporting.
• Event Marketing: Experience in promoting and driving attendance for large-scale events.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to take initiative, execute campaigns independently, and delegate tasks when necessary.
