Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce Business Specialist. The Ecommerce Business Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online sales and presence of the company. This includes monitoring online sales, analyzing sales data, managing customer service, and implementing marketing and sales strategies. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and analytical tools.

• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to convey information clearly
• Proven experience in Sales and development of sales strategies
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the retail or footwear industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
