The Role

As a growth marketing manager, you will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns for our clients across, primarily, Google Ads and Meta. Together with our senior strategists, you will develop paid media strategies, implement paid search and paid social plans, and identify and execute ongoing optimizations. You will also support day-to-day operations, reporting and client communication. This role requires an analytical mindset, curiosity and strong attention to detail.

Founded in 2022, Early June is a boutique growth agency serving clients in healthcare, E-commerce and more. We are a data-driven growth agency and pride ourselves on being both hands-on and strategic. This role will have potential to grow to team lead over the course of the next year.

Responsibilities 

  • Support planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Ensure paid media campaigns are set up according to platform best practices
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities
  • Develop keyword lists, ad copy iterations, and creative testing recommendations
  • Develop weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Manage internal budget and campaign performance tracking 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and business objectives and ensure alignment of paid media campaigns to broader marketing efforts
  • Nurture positive client relationships through a proactive and detail-oriented approach

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications

  • 2+ year of experience in managing paid media campaigns (paid search and/ or paid social)
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal) with an eye for detail
  • Eager to learn new tools and technologies and interested in paid media space
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • You should have an efficient home office setup
