As a Senior Brand Manager, Ad Production, you'll transform high-level concepts into diverse, compelling ads that connect with audiences across various platforms. The role also offers the opportunity to collaborate with remote colleagues across DuckDuckGo's various functional teams and to leverage and manage several external vendors. About You

  • Ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact and complex projects from proposal through post-mortem.
  • Skills to wrangle vague problems, propose innovative solutions, and execute them with a strong focus on metrics.
  • 7+ years experience shepherding the development of ad campaigns and leading large-scale productions.
  • Demonstrable experience with video and static content for TV and major digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc.).
  • An experimental mindset and proven ability to leverage pre-market testing methodologies to inform ad development and production decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude — continually questions assumptions and leverages out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Experience working with legal and business development teams to negotiate development/production and deals. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation$178,500 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is identical within professional levels, regardless of geographic location or team. Compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization.   • You’ll be required to attend meetings on camera via video conferencing
  • Expect to travel at least two times a year: once for our all-hands meetup and again for a team retreat (each around 4-5 days). While extenuating circumstances may impact attendance, everyone is strongly encouraged to attend.
  • While we offer a flexible work arrangement with no core hours, expect an average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
