The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Idea Generation: Continuously create and implement new marketing ideas based on market trends, research, and proven methods.
• Strategy Execution: Refine and effectively execute our marketing concepts across various online channels.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and areas of focus, ensuring our strategies are data-driven and aligned with consumer preferences.
• Leadership: Guide and collaborate with team members to assist in specific operations.
• Innovative Strategies: Develop advanced marketing strategies that align with our brand ethos and goals, focusing on enhancing fitness and wellness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach aligned with our strategic goals.
• Marketing Operations: Oversee marketing activities on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube (paid campaigns).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce as a Marketing Strategist or in a similar role.
