We’re looking for a Growth Manager to help accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth by scaling high-performing digital channels and driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the funnel. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and experimentation — ideal for someone who thrives on data, iteration, and uncovering scalable growth opportunities. This is a key role in our lean, fast-moving team. You should be able to think big, move quickly, and be very comfortable being in the weeds.
What You’ll Do:
- Scale digital acquisition channels: Identify, test, and optimize paid media opportunities across platforms such as Connected TV, YouTube, AppLovin, and other emerging performance channels for efficiency and scalability.
- Support performance on core channels: Partner with the VP of Growth to optimize Meta and Google through creative testing, targeting strategies, and landing page experimentation.
- Own CRO and Shopify optimization: Lead ongoing optimization across our website and key funnels — from hypothesis development and A/B testing to performance analysis and implementation of winning variations. Partner with design, product, and dev to improve user experience and conversion throughout the purchase journey.
- Audit and optimize key funnel steps (homepage, PDP, cart, checkout) to maximize conversion and minimize drop-off.
- Launch and iterate on new product listings and merchandising strategies to improve discoverability and sales.
- Use tools like GA4, Shopify analytics, and heatmaps to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact improvements.
- Collaborate on creative testing for landing pages, bundles, offers, and PDP content to drive incremental revenue.
- Manage Amazon agency performance: Oversee our Amazon growth strategy in partnership with an external agency — setting goals, reviewing performance, and ensuring optimizations across paid campaigns, listings, and storefront updates align with broader revenue and brand objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with growth, product, data, and finance teams to execute and analyze growth initiatives.
- Report and analyze: Track channel performance, CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics; surface insights that shape future investments.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy - ideally in DTC.
- Proven track record of validating and scaling new acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page tools, and analytics platforms.
- Comfortable managing multiple experiments at once and iterating quickly.
- Strategic yet execution-focused - you can zoom out to spot opportunities and zoom in to run the test.
- Curious, data-driven, and excited to find new ways to grow.
