The Senior Social Media Creator’s responsibility will be to represent our brand on social media platforms, primarily through the creation and posting of engaging short-form video content.

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.Responsibilities:
- Create an effective social media strategy to engage B2B audiences.
- Develop concise and compelling messaging to grab user attention.
- Produce professional campaign-quality video posts.
- Manage and grow the social community.
- Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos for IG Reels, TikTok, and YT Shorts.
- Optimize YouTube growth with SEO, thumbnails, and engaging content.
- Leverage trends like sounds, challenges, and creative formats.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to align social media with broader goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of social media strategy and content creation experience.
- Proven success on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong copywriting skills for engaging, on-brand content.
- Proficiency with social media tools, analytics, and video editing software.
- Passionate about communication, personal development, and impact.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
