We’re focused on partnering with our business stakeholders on strategy development, data-driven decision-making, and execution on key strategic pillars. As the Senior Principal Business Partner for the region, you are a proactive and hands-on leader, serving as a trusted advisor to the leaders of our APJ Services Organization. In this role, you will build strong relationships with the Services leadership team and collaborate with other functional teams. Additionally, you will provide support for APJ SLT and EOC interaction You will collaborate closely with Services leadership to review and represent APJ in leading operational initiatives aimed at optimizing business performance and driving successful customer outcomes. A key focus of this role is supporting the financial and operational health of the region in partnership with stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, and APJ leadership. This involves understanding project financials, monitoring operational movements and their financial impact, and effectively balancing overall revenue and expense levers. You will also need to build strong relationships with other functional departments to influence decisions, identifying insights for business growth and efficiencies (productivity improvement, use cases for technology/automation, process optimization), developing analytical views/dashboards to drive decision-making, and supporting the development as well as tracking against our financial budget. Ultimately, you will help drive business transformation and operational excellence, while aligning our Services strategy to our company’s objectives. What You’ll Get To Do
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the business with credibility and influence, from strategy to execution.
- Immerse yourself into the business, understand the strategic vision and learn current operations, so that you can ultimately be seen as part of the leadership team.
- Help create/standardize KPI’s and enable business leaders to manage their teams to core metrics.
- Identify areas of risk or opportunity by conducting detailed analysis of forecast, pipeline, and trending data, with ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
- Drive insight and intelligence enabling business transformation.
- Simplify and optimize reports/dashboards or related infrastructure – make consumption of reports/dashboards accessible and relevant for senior leaders.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements, playbooks, technology/product enhancements, and financial forecasting.
- Partner with colleagues across Corporate Strategy, Sales, Managed Services, Marketing, HR, IT, Product Management, and Finance to drive cross-functional improvements.
- Create leader-ready presentations, with accurate data and relevant insights.
- Support strategic projects, as required.

- Sharp business acumen, strong project-management skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
What Would Make You Really Stand Out
- Salesforce.com reporting and analytics experience required
- Experience working closely with senior leadership
- Reporting and analytics experience required
- Experience with PowerBI or some data visualization tool an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business-related discipline; MBA and/or CPA an asset.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Finance or Management consulting
- Industry experience in B2B, HCM and/or SaaS technology an asset
- Knowledge of Service organizations an asset
