Role Description

This is a full-time, remote and field based role for a Key Account Sales Manager at Croma Pharma UK. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, wholesale commercial management, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

The role involves frequent communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets. This is a field based national sales role covering UK and Republic of Ireland. You must be based in the UK and willing to travel internationally. 

This role will report directly to the Head Of Sales, Croma Pharma UK.IRE.NL We want the best to bring drive, innovation and ideas, and collaborate with a passionate and driven team. 

Job Description Summary 

  • Strong Sales, Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in the Aesthetic and/or FMCG, pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry
  • Experienced in managing high level accounts, wholesale distribution channels and multi-site Key Accounts
  • A strong strategic, analytical and commercial approach to business growth development
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Negotiation of contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Develop and maintain new and long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand, Manage and Develop corporate accounts, key accounts and multi-clinic account management
  • Develop distribution strategies to optimize business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make data-driven distribution decisions.
  • Work closely with HOS to drive commercial policy
  • Develop commercial pricing strategies, campaigns and drive and deliver business growth
