Email Marketing Specialist

Position Overview Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to support their Corporate Communications team with intenral email campaigns using Staffbase Email (formerly Bananatag). This is a fully remote role, working 10 hours/week (depending on the project work load) for approx. 3-5 months. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns from conception to execution using Staffbase.
• Develop targeted email lists and perform list management tasks to ensure effective communication with different segments of our audience.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate email performance and optimize subject lines, content, and layouts.
• Design and distribute 6-10 internal emails per week using Staffbase.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in campaign management and email marketing (Mailchimp, Constant Contact), preferably with a focus on Staffbase.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design and formatting.
• Experience with analytics tools to track and report on email campaign performance.
• Comfortable working without a set schedule, responsive to agreed turnaround times.
