About the Role:

As the Social Media Marketing Specialist for Cherryline, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our brand’s voice and connecting with our audience. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of social media management experience who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and has a knack for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management:

• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
• Capture and create engaging content (photos, videos, and reels) for Instagram and TikTok.
• Post content regularly, ensuring it aligns with Cherryline’s voice and aesthetic.

Community Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs), comments, and mentions to build meaningful connections with our audience.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Cherryline’s reach and engagement.

Strategy & Analytics:

• Research trends and implement creative ideas to keep Cherryline’s social media fresh and relevant.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Collaborative Projects:

• Partner with the Cherryline team to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Help develop influencer marketing strategies and identify key partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media management (Instagram and TikTok preferred).
• Creative eye for capturing on-brand visuals and crafting engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a content calendar and multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Passion for fashion, storytelling, and community building.
