This is not a general developer role—we need someone who has worked extensively in Make.com and Slack automation with real-world use cases and verifiable work history. Key Responsibilities: Make.com & Workflow Automation (Primary Focus 🚀)

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using Make.com (formerly Integromat).
• Create advanced integrations using APIs, webhooks, and multi-step workflows.
• Automate internal operations across Slack, email, Keap, Infusionsoft, and ClickUp.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing Make.com scenarios for efficiency and scalability.

Slack & Email Automation

• Build automated Slack workflows for notifications, alerts, and team coordination.
• Develop email automation sequences using Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, and ClickSend.
• Automate weekly newsletter campaigns and client SMS communications.

Process Improvement & System Maintenance

• Identify automation opportunities to enhance team efficiency.
• Regularly monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes.
• Ensure all automation solutions align with business needs and best practices.

Landing Page & CRM Support (Bonus Skills 💡)

• Assist with landing page automation (ClickFunnels, Kajabi).
• Support CRM integrations and automation within Keap/Infusionsoft.

Must-Have Qualifications: ✅ Minimum 3+ years of proven experience working with Make.com (real-world implementations required). ✅ Expertise in building, managing, and troubleshooting Make.com workflows (not just theoretical knowledge). ✅ Strong understanding of Slack, API integrations, webhooks, and multi-step automation. ✅ Hands-on experience with email marketing automation (Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign). ✅ Problem-solving mindset—ability to debug, optimize, and continuously improve automation processes. ✅ Excellent communication skills—you will be working with multiple departments and stakeholders. Preferred Skills (Bonus Points 🎯) 💡 Experience with AI-driven automation or machine learning. 💡 Knowledge of database management, SQL, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 💡 Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for advanced automation.
