About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and versatile Client Services Manager with a HubSpot focus to join our growing team. This remote position requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the account and project management of our clients’ HubSpot, sales, and marketing needs. From initial engagement development through implementation, optimization, and measurement, you will work closely with a team of managers, developers, designers, and technical marketers to ensure campaigns are effective and our clients are satisfied. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead strategic initiatives to onboard, implement, and optimize the best use of the HubSpot software for clients. Drive client growth, including campaign development, growth strategy, account-based marketing, and sales enablement
- Client Communication & Advocacy: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and updates, primarily over Zoom. Be an expert and advocate for your clients’ HubSpot instance. Ensure clients receive the highest level of service, value, and performance
- Project Coordination & Management: Manage project timelines, calendars, and goals for teams and clients using project management tools like Teamwork (TW). Manage and meet client expectations, ensuring deadlines are hit. Leverage CRMs/Marketing Automation tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce, for clients’ lead/demand generation, including strategy, implementation, and execution across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Performance Measure & Optimization: Measure and report on the performance of HubSpot initiatives, utilizing analytics to optimize advertising and organic campaigns
- Team & Vendor Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned. Manage, motivate, and collaborate with vendors and agency partners
- Client Presentations & Reporting: Lead internal and client presentations, encouraging clients to use agency POVs in developing ideas and advertising that best meet client goals and objectives. Build and manage timelines, budgets, and program reports/recaps
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting, managing 5-7 client accounts, focusing on HubSpot. Ideally, also has at least 2-3 years of experience working within Salesforce
- Ownership: Loves to take complete ownership of projects and their career, with a strong internal drive and pride in being "on top of it." Creates a sense of comfort for clients by being proactive and reliable
- HubSpot Proficiency: At least 4 years of experience with HubSpot, including an in-depth knowledge of its Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Salesforce Proficiency: At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce, including an in-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of Google, Facebook, and other advertising platforms. Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot is a plus. Experience managing integrations/API projects is a plus
- Analytical Skills: Utilizes analytics to optimize advertising and organic campaigns. Experience identifying and creating campaigns that engage the target audience
- Creative Problem Solver: Thinks outside the box and offers innovative solutions without confining to one path
- Detail-Oriented: Extremely detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Think strategically and analytically, contributing to advancing client goals and the agency’s objectives
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive, genuine, can-do attitude, establishing trust with the team, peers, leaders, and clients
