Demand Generation Manager – up to £90,000 + 10% Bonus – RemoteAbout the Role
Seeking a commercially focussed individual to join a fast-growing provider of innovative solutions to HPC/Data Centre organisations globally.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role plays a critical part in designing and executing impactful lead generation strategies with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and partner marketing through strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in optimizing lead generation programs, building strong channel relationships, and driving demand through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation and partner marketing strategies, especially through ABM and selling via key partner network such as OxM’s, OEM’s and System Integrators within the tech, AI and Data Center Industries.
- Identify and engage high-value accounts and channel partners using data-driven approaches.
- Implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email, webinars, social media, and co-marketing.
- Align with partners on value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage segmentation, scoring, and partner programs to improve pipeline outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and positioning.
- Streamline workflows and optimize lead processes in cooperation with operations teams.
- Track metrics on campaign and partner performance for strategic refinements.
- Build relationships with key partners and industry stakeholders.
- Stay updated on best practices in ABM and partner marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in ABM and partner-focused lead generation strategies.
- Skilled in segmentation, multi-channel campaigns, and CRM/automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Successful history of partner co-marketing and joint strategies.
- Analytical abilities to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in developing personalized, account-focused content.
