RequirementsThe Experience You Need

  • Agency or consultancy background of 2+ years
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in Growth related roles
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Proven expertise in leading 4-5 team members with diverse levels of experience and backgrounds
  • Strong understanding of agency commercials and their impact on day-to-day operations
