Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, self-starting Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, a strong passion for social media, and building brand presence, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. We value outside-the-box thinkers who can bring innovative ideas to the table. While healthcare staffing experience is a plus, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand and content marketing strategies across multiple platforms using a storyteller approach.
- Brand Positioning: Define and maintain brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework consistently across all channels.
- Awareness & Engagement: Increase brand awareness through social media ambassador programs and partnerships with relevant businesses.
- Social Media Management: Own and manage all social media channels (both organic and paid), ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, responding to reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Campaign Management: Manage and eventually own campaigns, focusing on budget, targeting, and performance.
- Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Digital: Leverage industry knowledge to drive strategy and engagement beyond social media, including podcasts, influencers, and conferences.
- KPI Tracking: Track and analyze social media and digital marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize performance and generate actionable insights.
- Operational Support: Manage day-to-day brand operations, helping ensure seamless execution of tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Passion for social media, creativity, and lead generation.
- Experience in brand awareness and engagement.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms (Loomly, Monday, Canva) and web analytics tools (PowerBI, Google Analytics).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Healthcare staffing or agency experience is a plus.
- Fun attitude, forward-thinking mindset, and willingness to innovate.
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
- Creative and strategic thinker who can develop innovative ideas and approaches.
