We are seeking a results-driven full-time Growth Marketing Manager to help our e-commerce business drive significant revenue growth, optimize marketing initiatives, and increase brand awareness. Role Overview
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will execute our 2025 growth strategy, focusing on paid advertising optimization, lead generation, community building, and brand partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting, thinks outside the box, and embraces challenges as opportunities. This role requires a highly analytical and creative marketer who understands social commerce, paid advertising, and customer acquisition tactics in the cosmetic industry.

We need someone who can take ownership, move fast, and pivot when necessary, all while keeping an eye on performance and opportunities for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media & Advertising Strategy
- Launch TikTok Ads to drive brand awareness and conversions:
- Collaborate with the TikTok Ads team to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns each quarter. Partner with them on creatives, messaging, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Iterate and Optimize: Review testing results bi-weekly with the TikTok Ads team. Refine testing strategies based on data and insights, ensuring that budget allocations continue to evolve with campaign learnings.
- Optimize Meta Ads to improve ROI and conversion rates:
- Implement bi-weekly test reports to refine ad performance.
- Align with the Meta Ads team on creatives, messaging, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Develop and test quarterly promotions—including bulk discounts, buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers, bundles, and limited-time deals—to optimize ad performance and drive conversions.
- Implement conversion-boosting strategies, including lead magnets (incentives offered in exchange for a visitor’s contact information) and interactive website pop-ups.
2. B2B Lead Generation & Partnership Development
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract spas, medspas, and estheticians interested in carrying organic beauty products.
- Implement automated campaigns to schedule product demos with the CEO and introduce potential B2B partners to Alani Organics.
- Position Alani Organics as the go-to organic beauty warehouse—a one-stop shop for businesses looking for premium, clean beauty and skincare solutions.
- Develop strategic cross-promotions, including email collaborations, co-marketing initiatives, and educational content tailored to B2B audiences.
3. Community Growth & Engagement
- Increase social media following.
- Implement engagement strategies: giveaways, collaborations, and viral challenges.
- Grow the email list through lead magnets and optimized website conversion tactics.
- Work closely with the social media marketing team to refine creatives, ensuring messaging and visuals authentically reflect our brand identity and resonate with our audience.
- Strengthen customer relationships by creating a brand voice that is engaging, informative, and trustworthy, ensuring messaging resonates and aligns cohesively across every customer touchpoint including website content, social media, email marketing, online ads, and printed marketing materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Startup Mindset: You are proactive, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up. You don’t wait for instructions—you create solutions.
- US Market Expertise: Deep understanding of US consumer behavior, purchasing habits, and digital marketing trends. Experience tailoring campaigns for the US audience is essential.
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce marketing, specifically for US-based brands.
- Expertise in Meta & TikTok Ads, with a proven track record of optimizing paid media campaigns for US demographics.
- Proficiency in email marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization within the US market.
- Familiarity with US holiday sales cycles and key shopping events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) as well as seasonal marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Highly adaptable and able to pivot strategies quickly based on performance data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Passion for the organic beauty industry and a strong understanding of US skincare & wellness trends.
