Who We Are

Ajelix is a self-funded SaaS company providing digital AI tools and a business intelligence platform to help businesses perform data analytics tasks. Established over two years ago, we've already acquired more than 200,000 users worldwide.

We're a small team and intend to stay that way, but we need assistance with daily tasks. Therefore, we're seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist for a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

• Craft Engaging Content: Create design materials and write high-quality content through editing, and research.
• Analyze and Optimize Content: Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 to monitor content effectiveness and optimize SEO strategies for maximum impact.
• Create visual materials, designs, and videos for social media (YouTube & LinkedIn) and our blog.
• Conduct research to identify new growth strategies and marketing channels, testing assumptions to determine what works best.
• Update guides on a web page using WordPress, test digital portal, and contribute to product improvement.
• Suggest new product ideas.
• Handle other on-demand tasks related to business development and marketing.

You Should Have

• Previous experience or basic knowledge of SEO and a desire to further develop these skills.
• Experience in digital marketing is an advantage but not required.
• Fluency in Latvian and English with excellent writing skills.
• Previous experience with social media marketing is a bonus.
• Experience creating visual materials using Canva or Adobe tools.
• A passion for using artificial intelligence and familiarity with prompting techniques.
