Originally launched by reality TV star Kim Zolciak and reintroduced under new ownership, Kashmere is being reimagined with a bold vision. The founder—an experienced CPG entrepreneur—will act as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), driving overall strategy and vision. The face of the brand is the founder’s wife, a Polish-American entrepreneur who embodies elegance and authenticity.We’re looking for a Brand Manager to execute strategies defined by the founder and support Kashmere Kollections’ relaunch. This role will involve driving brand image, coordinating with a global team, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing, product, and operational plans. This is a hands-on role that requires a balance of creativity, organization, and leadership.About the RoleThe Brand Manager will focus on executing brand strategies while collaborating with the founder/CMO to enhance Kashmere Kollections’ image and growth. You’ll oversee day-to-day activities related to marketing, e-commerce operations, and product launches, ensuring strategies are translated into actionable plans. Working with a global team of specialists, you will play a key role in ensuring the brand is ready to scale across platforms like TikTok Shops, direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, and other digital platforms.ResponsibilitiesExecution of Strategy • Translate the founder/CMO’s strategic vision into actionable marketing and operational plans.
• Ensure all initiatives align with Kashmere Kollections’ reimagined brand identity.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure efficient execution of plans.Brand Image Development • Work with the founder and creative teams to refine the brand’s image, messaging, and customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate on content creation efforts that showcase Kashmere’s values and premium positioning.Marketing & E-Commerce Coordination • Coordinate campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) to support product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with the affiliate and influencer outreach teams to build a network of creators promoting Kashmere products.
• Oversee updates to the Kashmere website, product listings, and landing pages to ensure high conversion rates.
• Partner with the TikTok Shops team to ensure successful integration and content strategies.Team Collaboration & Management • Coordinate efforts with a global team, including project managers, graphic designers, CRO specialists, and e-commerce consultants.
• Provide clear instructions and feedback to team members, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
• Identify resource gaps and work with leadership to hire additional team members if needed.Operational Oversight • Manage workflows and monitor progress across projects, ensuring all initiatives stay on track.
• Use tools like ClickUp, Triple Whale, Northbeam, and VWO to monitor performance and track results.
• Regularly report progress to the founder, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.QualificationsExperience • 3–5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing coordination, or a related field, ideally in skincare, beauty, or luxury goods.
• Proven success executing marketing and operational plans that drive measurable results.
• Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shops.Skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail in executing marketing plans and maintaining brand consistency.
• Proficiency with project management and performance tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp, Triple Whale, VWO).
