2Tokens is looking for a Marketing & Partnership Lead (24-32 hours p/w - (!) Remote from the Netherlands) to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, manage events from start to finish, and actively build and strengthen partnerships. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only define the strategy but also actively implement and oversee its execution. You’ll work alongside a part-time marketeer who supports content marketing.

2Tokens is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supplying businesses with the knowledge and tools to leverage blockchain and tokenization. The foundation brings together technology leaders, policymakers, financial experts, banks, legal professionals, and academia to create a shared understanding of the token economy.
Education is at the heart of what we do. Through real-world blockchain use cases, webinars, podcasts, and detailed documentation, we provide insights into the future of digital assets. We also organize masterclasses, expert sessions, and exclusive events, equipping professionals and organizations with the expertise they need to navigate this modern field of tokenization.
The role:Growth & Partnership Building
- Drive partner acquisition and maintain strong partnerships with key industry players, institutions, and thought leaders.
- Building our community (Discord).
Marketing Strategy & Execution (Hands-On Role)
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, event engagement, and partner visibility.
- Work hands-on to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns alongside a part-time (content) marketeer.
- Track marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with partners to publish guest blogs, thought leadership pieces, etc.Event Management & Execution
- Improve and execute masterclasses for executives, managing everything from sales to stakeholder communication.
- Plan and conduct hybrid expert sessions, collaborating with your team to manage speaker coordination and related logistics.
Operations & Communication
- Align teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- Lead and participate in weekly strategy & pipeline meetings
- Network with board members, board of advisors, and the 30+ volunteers and partners who are actively contributing to the foundation's mission.
- Provide structure and guidance to support team operations and marketing initiatives.
Who are you?
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making your own decisions and working in a flexible "startup" environment where things evolve rapidly.
- A proactive, self-driven, and a ‘get things done’ mindset.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, or partnership building.
- Hands-on execution skills – this is not just a strategy role!
- Comfortable building relationships and engaging with senior partners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with blockchain (or a willingness to learn).
- Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus, but not a must.
