Meet the New Leaders
Christine Sio has taken on the role of Chief Customer Officer. With extensive experience in e-commerce and customer experience, she previously served as Vice President of Customer Experience, where she achieved notable improvements in customer satisfaction and profitability. In her new role, she will lead global demand generation, focusing on data-driven insights and personalized experiences.
Melissa Malik has been promoted to Chief Supply Chain Officer. With over 20 years in supply chain management, she will oversee all supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with Ssense's business goals. Malik held the position of Vice President of Global Fulfillment Operations, where she implemented automation and system upgrades to boost operational efficiency.
Haein Dorin is now the Global Head of Marketing. Previously the Global Head of Partnerships, she has a strong track record in brand growth and community engagement. Dorin will manage creative, partnerships, editorial, social, and marketing teams, aiming to position Ssense as a cultural innovator. Her prior experience includes significant roles at Highsnobiety and Condé Nast.
