New Commercial Development in Lee County

Developers are just days away from breaking ground on a new commercial development project off of US-82 in Lee County, Georgia. VanCleave Commercial and Associates are thrilled to introduce a fresh shopping experience called ‘The Shoppes at Oakland’.

Residents from nearby subdivisions will enjoy the convenience of shopping close to home. Daniel VanCleave emphasizes, “The convenience of the location, with many subdivisions in this area with thousands of homes, is key. People want to shop close to their homes.”

In recent weeks, new businesses like 7 Brew Coffee have already started attracting attention, and the developers are confident that their new shoppes will follow suit. VanCleave notes, “It is just on 82, a high traffic highway, but most importantly, it is off the beaten path just a little bit.”

Once completed, The Shoppes at Oakland will feature eight commercial condos available for lease or purchase, ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet. Impressively, six of the eight condos have already been claimed by businesses, including BedRock Countertops and Milk and Honey Hair Salon. VanCleave mentions, “We have several others that don’t want to be named that are national tenants that are coming.”

This development is just one of many projects that VanCleave Commercial and Associates are pursuing in the booming Leesburg area, showcasing their commitment to enhancing local commerce.
