French brand Ami has appointed Carlo Mengucci as its Global Marketing and Communications Director, effective Monday. This strategic move marks a significant step for the brand, which was founded in 2011 by Alexandre Mattiussi. Mengucci will be relocating to Paris, where he will be based alongside Mattiussi and CEO Nicolas Santi-Weil.

Mengucci's Responsibilities
In his new role, Mengucci will oversee marketing, communications, events, talents, social media operations, and the press departments. His extensive background includes serving as the marketing and communications director at Etro since January 2019, and prior to that, he was the PR director for Aeffe Group.

Mattiuissi's Vision
Mattiussi expressed excitement about Mengucci's appointment, stating, “Carlo is a longtime friend who we are delighted to welcome at Ami. We will write a beautiful chapter of the house’s history together, with our shared values.”

Recent Changes in Leadership
