WoTL is seeking a Relationships & Partnerships Manager to lead engagement and partnerships that help us deliver meaningful impact to women connected to agriculture in South Australia and New South Wales.

This role is perfect for someone engaging and authentic, who thrives in relationship-building, strategy, and driving purpose-driven growth. With superior communication skills, experience in business development or fundraising and high level of influence, you’ll be working in a dynamic, remote team committed to making a difference.

🔹 Part-time (0.4 FTE) with flexible work arrangements and potential to grow

🔹 Remote role with occasional travel

🔹 Support women’s leadership, training, and community growth across the ag sector
