VeraContent is a multilingual content agency specializing in creating and localizing content for global brands. We offer content creation, marketing translation, social media localization and design services in multiple languages to companies operating worldwide.
We are looking for an ANZ-based Social Media & Community Manager with native-level English to work on an ongoing client project. The client’s product is a K-12 educational reading app
This role entails:
- Creating a monthly content calendar for the ANZ Instagram account in English, in line with the brand’s social media strategy.
- Developing video content as well as graphic design (with Canva)
- Managing social media content and interacting with users on an ongoing basis.
- Proposing influencer or cobranding collaborations.
Main tasks:
- Creating and collaborating with the project management team on social media strategy for the ANZ community
- Creating the social media calendar for the educational community, taking into account current events and trends in the publishing landscape
- Creating social media content from scratch, including graphic designs (in Canva) and video content.
- Participating in creative brainstorms with the VeraContent team. Testing new methods and strategies to grow engagement and follower count with different content types, campaigns and promotions
- Staying ahead of trends and best practices on Instagram to propose trending, high-performing content that can be easily executed with the means available
- Scheduling posts throughout the month on Instagram (approx 4-6 weekly posts/stories)
- Managing social media content and interacting with users continuously (understanding and adhering to social media best practices)
- Creating monthly KPI reports and adjusting strategy as agreed with your Project Manager
- Sharing feedback/insights about the community
- Regularly keeping in contact with the project management team at VeraContent
What we’re looking for:
- Native-level English, with excellent writing and communication skills (ANZ spelling is mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and understanding of best practices for brands on Meta and TikTok
- Passionate about literature and books, with a keen interest in the educational community.
