Responsibilities:

• Create high-impact content: Write compelling, data-driven content, including UX copy, landing pages, and website materials that resonate deeply with users, enhance engagement, and boost performance.
• Maintain high standards: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines across all content assets.
• Define and lead content strategy: Develop and execute innovative content strategies tailored to business objectives, user needs, and industry opportunities.
• Analyze and optimize: Leverage analytics tools and A/B testing to measure performance, extract actionable insights, and refine content for continuous improvement.
• Think big picture: Understand how content impacts the entire user journey and proactively identify opportunities to enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at a mother-tongue level — a must.
• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, writing, or editing.
• Strategic thinker: Combine creativity with a data-driven approach to craft content that delivers measurable results.
• Team player: Thrive in a collaborative environment, navigating diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals.
• Experienced in content strategy, creation, and optimization: Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing, and PPC to drive success.
• CMS and GenAI tools: Skilled in working with CMS platforms and leveraging GenAI tools to enhance workflows (advantage).
