We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our remote team—an adaptable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. If you’re a Swiss Army knife of marketing (aka someone who can juggle media buying, social media, client communication, and marketing coordination), this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Media Buying & Ad Management: Assist with setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Social Media Coordination: Help create, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple client accounts.
- Client Communication & Support: Respond to client inquiries, provide updates, and help ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
- Marketing Operations & Coordination: Assist with project management, campaign tracking, reporting, and ensuring all moving parts stay on track.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Data & Performance Tracking: Support with analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven recommendations.
Who You Are
- Marketing-Savvy: You understand the basics of digital marketing, paid media, and social media management.
- Highly Organized: You can keep track of multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth execution.
- Tech-Comfortable: Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, CRMs, and project management software is a plus.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: You take ownership of tasks and ensure they’re executed with precision.
- Strong Communicator: Whether it's updating clients, collaborating with the team, or writing social posts, you’re clear, professional, and effective.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or marketing coordination (internships count!).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing CRMs and automation tools is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, ad performance tracking) is helpful but not required.
