Position: Lead Social Media Manager (Remote - HC is in Miami, FL)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement & Growth: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase follower count and engagement rates. Monitor metrics and optimize strategies to meet growth objectives.
- Content Calendar Development: Design and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand strategy and priorities.
- Team Management: Lead a small team, providing mentorship and feedback to enhance their roles.
- Strategy & Community Building: Build and implement a strategy to develop a strong, engaged community, aligning content with brand tone and positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PR, Brand Marketing, and influencer teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Creative & Analytical Balance: Combine a strong creative vision with data-driven insights to guide content strategy.
- Platform Expertise: Oversee content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, staying updated on trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of social media management experience, with at least 3 years in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
- Proven experience managing direct reports.
- Experience collaborating across PR, Brand Marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in content creation and campaign management for major social media platforms.
- Experience with businesses generating at least $10M in revenue.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Strong understanding of community engagement tactics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
