About the Opportunity:

The organization is focused on modernizing and simplifying dental practices through technology. The Marketing Analytics Manager will manage marketing data and analytics, partnering with Marketing, RevOps, and Data teams to drive growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across marketing and revenue systems.

• Design, implement, and manage scalable data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting needs.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure channel performance, campaign ROI, and funnel efficiency.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

• Partner with channel owners and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and actionable analytics.

• Build and maintain marketing channel and program performance forecasts.

• Refine marketing measurement frameworks to enhance attribution and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a Marketing Analytics or similar role.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels.

• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Marketo or Hubspot.

• Strong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Bizible, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or Looker.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in B2B high growth tech company.

• Proficiency with SQL preferred.

• Experience with high-volume SMB B2B marketing motions is a plus.

• Positive attitude and strong references are valued.
