Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a passionate and creative individual who has studied marketing and is looking to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting. No extensive experience is required, but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are a must!

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations.
• Content Planning: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts across all channels.
• Content Creation: Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality content. Develop compelling content for marketing campaigns, including banners, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, email, and the company website.
• Proofreading & Editing: Review content for errors, inconsistencies, and alignment with brand messaging.
• Social Media Management: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across various platforms.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and promotions.
• SEO & Website Updates: Collaborate with the team to optimize website content and update key pages.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in online marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Very good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising is a plus but not required.
• Working knowledge of CRM software (like WordPress) and HTML will be considered an advantage.
