Marketing Specialist

OrchardApps is seeking an independent contractor for the Marketing Specialist role.

The position is 100% remote and 100% commission-based.

This is a part-time position with your task being to attract clients and grow our presence on social media.

Work can be done on your own schedule from anywhere in the world.

OrchardApps streamlines the job search process by applying to jobs on behalf of our clients, saving them time and increasing their chances of landing interviews. We take the stress out of job hunting by handling applications, tracking progress, and ensuring clients get noticed by top employers.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management & Growth: Lead OrchardApps’ social media efforts by managing Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Your goal is to grow a loyal following and drive traffic to our website, where potential clients will sign up for our services.
• Content Creation & Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that speaks to job seekers and highlights the value of our services. Create engaging, informative, and shareable content that encourages followers to take action.
• Client Acquisition: Utilize social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content strategies to attract potential clients who will purchase our services.
• College Ambassador Program: Recruit and manage college ambassadors to help promote OrchardApps within their networks, creating a steady stream of leads from college campuses.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track the performance of all campaigns, analyzing data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates from social media and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker/fluent in English
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with a focus on client acquisition and engagement
• A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies that drive conversions
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills and efficiency
• Lots of creativity!

• You have unlimited earning potential as we are 100% commission based.
• You will receive 20% commission on each sale made through your efforts.
