We are offering the right candidate an attractive salary package depending on experience ($80 – 100k inc. super + bonuses).

Purpose of the position:

To achieve an increase in performance for our SEO clients. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing industry-leading Performance SEO, largely focused on best practice on-page and off-page SEO but also working within our wider performance team where our clients have multiple services with our agency.

Experience required:

•2-5+ years experience in SEO

• Be a marketing grad

• Strong drive and initiative to become an expert in SEO

Attributes and Knowledge:

• Be excellent at task management

• Be acutely aware of communicating to clients and managing their expectations

• Understanding how to interpret data to tell a story

• Excellent communication skills

• Understanding of digital marketing

The position is specifically responsible for:

• Optimising the organic search rankings for your owned client accounts.

• Ensuring that you are frequently optimising client’s campaigns.

• Reporting results to clients.

• Communicating to the clients upon agreed frequency.

• Developing growth in agency revenue from proposing new and expanded services to our clients

• Participating in the establishment, tracking, and reporting of business and media KPIs

• Managing external media and tech partners to ensure performance and cost efficiencies.

• Leading by example in terms of attention to detail, general work ethic, empathy and internal/external professionalism.

Objectives

• Drive ‘conversions’ across all traffic clients for the quarter

• Optimisations of our client’s campaigns

• Growth in agency revenue of clients managed, from proposing new and expanded services

• Deliver continuous improvements for the clients

•Salary - $80,000-100,000 inc super + up to $10,000 extra in bonuses per annum
