YOUR ROLE
As Business Operations Manager, you'll work directly with our CEO to scale our company rapidly and efficiently. You'll be the driving force behind our operational excellence and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Leadership
- Design and implement scalable business operations systems
- Optimize resource allocation and team productivity
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Financial Management
- Own P&L responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets
- Drive financial planning and analysis
- Optimize operational costs
- Monitor and report on key business metrics
Team Development
- Build and manage cross-functional teams
- Implement performance management systems
- Drive recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop training and development programs
- Foster a high-performance culture
Business Growth
- Identify and execute growth opportunities
- Streamline business processes
- Manage risk and compliance
- Drive strategic initiatives
- Scale operations efficiently

COMPENSATION
Pay:
- OTE: £100,000 - £180,000 per annum
- Revenue Share
- Invitation to equity/profit share scheme after successful 12 months
