We are seeking a results-driven Growth Hacker to take ownership of our growth strategy and

execution. This is a high-impact role where you will have the autonomy to experiment, innovate, and

deliver measurable results. As a key player in our small but dynamic team, you will be instrumental in

scaling our business, reaching new customers, and driving revenue growth.

What awaits you

• Strategize & Execute: Design and implement creative, data-driven growth strategies to achieve
• measurable KPIs, such as user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth (bonus for overachieving targets after review).
• Own the Funnel: Take full ownership of the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring optimization at every stage.
• Leverage Data: Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and iterate for better results within the B2C market ( e.g. followers, reach within target markets).
• Innovate: Launch and test new channels, campaigns, and tools to stay ahead in a competitive market.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the founders, coaches, and team members to align growth strategies with our vision and goals.
• Coordinate: We are aiming for cross-functional growth initiatives and need support in building a sales network and ecosystem.
• Deliver Results: Be accountable for delivering tangible, data-backed outcomes that contribute directly to the company's bottom line (e.g. ROAS, PPC, CPL, CAC, CLV).

This job is a remote-first position. It is important to us that you feel comfortable. Whether that's at

home in your pajamas or in our centrally located shared office in the old town of Graz: You decide

where and how you would like to work. The same applies to time management: we would like a

weekly workload of 20-25 hours; whether you split this up daily or prefer a few strong days is up to

you. We love goal-oriented work, not wasting hours unnecessarily.
