You will oversee the customer journey using data, experimentation, and automation to drive profitable growth while keeping the brand at the centerpoint.. This role is hands-on and high-impact. You’ll be expected to set strategy, execute, and optimize across paid media & e-commerce, ensuring incremental impact across paid and owned channels. Success in this role means building a data-driven, high-performance marketing engine that fuels our rapid growth while maintaining the premium brand experience that sets us apart.
