In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. You will create compelling content that showcases our brand, promotes user engagement, and drives traffic to our website. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize our reach and impact. Your creativity in visual storytelling and your skills in community management will help us foster meaningful connections with our audience and elevate our brand as a trusted resource for grilling aficionados. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with community members and followers
• Analyze and report on social media KPIs, providing insights for improvement
• Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform changes
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote events and offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms
