The creative strategist's primary responsibilities include collaborating with paid media buyers to keep informed about platform strategies, building strong relationships with clients, developing creative strategies and next steps for clients biweekly, and effectively communicating and educating clients on paid media and their specific accounts.
Who You Are
You are a Creative Strategist with experience in client-facing creative reporting for paid social and paid search advertising in the DTC space. You will be focused on measuring, iterating, and briefing performance creative impact on client revenue and efficiency. You have experience at media agencies or in-house at brands managing performance creative deliverables, execution, and reporting. You have deep expertise within Meta ads, and experience measuring and briefing into other media buying platforms like Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, and Google. Bonus points if you are a former Media Buyer-turned Creative Strategist.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering between 20-25 creative deliverables per month. This incudes Motion creative reports, detailed briefs for internal and external creative production, creative inspiration boards, and Creative IQ’s (Extensive EOM reporting).
- Deep-dive creative reporting using Motion (bi-weekly and monthly) directly to client leadership and internal/external creative teams.
- Conduct audience research and product segmentation to develop targeted creative reccomendations that align with client goals and objectives.
- Concept briefing to Fluency internal creative resources and client creative teams.
- Creative inspiration and exploration to develop new hooks, angles, and offers that drive performance creative output and performance
- Assist in the development of ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Analysis by funnel step, product type, messaging + visual theme, format type, etc.
- EOM creative roundups and QBR's focused on Action, Insight, and Messaging framework.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., paid social, paid search, and creative fulfillment and external partners (e.g., client creative teams) to develop and execute creative briefs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure that our clients' campaigns and creative are always innovative and effective.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a creative strategist or media buying role within a marketing agency or in-house DTC brand.
- Experience directly managing client relationships to ensure aligned expectations and KPI's
- Proficient in using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Excel, Motion AI).
- Analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc., with digital marketing best practices
- Superior knowledge and understanding of paid media strategy and its implementation into paid media channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary + Bonus
$80,000 - $100,000 per year DOE
