Job Title: Assistant Social Media Manager
Location: Remote
Compensation: $75,000/year (Full-Time, Salaried)
Reports To: Director of Patient Engagement

The Role:
We’re seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Assistant Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing team. You’ll support and execute our social media strategy, coordinate campaigns, manage community engagement, and help build brand loyalty across all platforms. This position reports directly to our Director of Patient Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, curation, and execution of social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Help curate engaging posts that align with Fifty 410’s voice and mission
- Moderate and manage our Facebook community and mobile app, including responding to comments, monitoring discussions, and ensuring a positive, respectful environment
- Support day-to-day tasks related to all of Fifty 410’s social platforms
- Collaborate on monthly content calendars and daily posting schedules
- Track and report on KPIs and performance metrics, offering insight and suggestions
- Assist with HubSpot and SendGrid campaigns, including email marketing, automations, and newsletters
- Participate in influencer outreach, UGC content coordination, and trend research
- Stay current on social media trends, tools, and platform changes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Proficiency with HubSpot and SendGrid is required
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
- Experience with Facebook Group moderation and/or community management
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Familiarity with mobile apps, especially community-based platforms, is a plus
- Experience in health, wellness, or telehealth industries is a bonus
Compensation & Details:
- Competitive salary: $75,000/year
