About the Role:
As our Head of Content, you’ll lead a team of writers, designers, and specialists to create high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms. From SEO-driven blogs and case studies to social media campaigns and video scripts, you’ll ensure content is optimized, strategic, and aligned with business goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and business growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of full-time, part-time, and freelance content creators.
- Oversee the production of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social content, video scripts, and more.
- Collaborate with SEO experts, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content performs.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, digital best practices, and emerging content formats.
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice and tailor content accordingly.
- Experiment with new content formats and distribution strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with B2B and B2C content strategies.
- Knowledge of paid media strategies and content amplification.
- Skills in video content creation and distribution.
