proactive marketer who thrives on ownership, drives results, and loves turning ideas into action? Benchmark 365 is looking for a Marketing and Design Specialist to help us grow our technology services brand, our Benchmark Peers program, and promote training courses/webinars tailored to our niche.
This is a fully remote role - work from anywhere, or if you’d prefer a tropical island you can work from our stunning office in Cebu, deep in the heart of the Philippines archipelago.
Your role is to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement by executing campaigns, creating content, and nurturing relationships—scaling existing efforts and exploring industry-driven opportunities—working with the latest AI technologies and reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute dynamic social media and email campaigns to engage pre-existing audiences and elevate brand awareness with strong design
- Create professional designs for social media, email and landing pages, striking a balance between efficiency and innovative, stand out content
- Provide brand guidance and support to our human resource team
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and in person events for the CEO
- Develop professional sales materials and presentations
- Produce and edit video for promotional content, training content, webinars and social media reels
- Engage with our community of Partners and Benchmark Peers
- Research vendors and analyse chatter in industry relevant social media groups
Core Competencies
Must-Have Skills:
- Eye for design (portfolio required—visuals that pop).
- Expertwith Canva, Adobe or other similar design tools
- Some video editing experience (e.g., basic cuts, captions).
Ideal Skills (Trainable):
- HubSpot (emails, workflows).
- LinkedIn expertise (posts, groups).
- Basic analytics (e.g., engagement rates, campaign results).
- Use of AI for ideation and creation of content, marketing copy and campaign strategy
Soft Skills:
- Results-driven initiative—delivers without delay or heavy guidance.
- Communicative enough to align, not overburden.
- Adaptable resilience for quick shifts.
- Industry curiosity—digs into technology trends.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Market Research and Sales
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
