We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team in the Personal and Leadership Development sectors. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and drive growth in a rapidly evolving industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering individuals, be a big thinker and looking to develop themselves. Key Responsibilities will include

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify and target prospective customers within the Personal Development and Leadership Sector
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Global Training Calls via Zoom

Qualifications and Skills

·       Follow up with leads responding to various social media campaigns.

• Conduct telephone interviews with potential partners, assessing opportunities and building valuable relationships.
• Have at least 5 years management experience.
