About Maplewood Brewery & Distillery

Maplewood Brewery & Distillery is on the lookout for a collaborative, creative, and organized Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and help expand our brand across all markets. We seek a candidate who can combine creative vision with analytical insights, effectively communicating our unique story. Experience in marketing campaigns within the craft beer, craft spirits, food, or hospitality sectors is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing projects and brand initiatives to enhance distribution and taproom presence.
• Collaborate with key teams (Sales, Creative, Design, etc.) to achieve sales and marketing goals.
• Create and manage content across various formats for social media, product launches, and newsletters.
• Handle all social media accounts, maintaining a consistent brand voice and utilizing data-driven insights for strategy adaptation.
• Manage website content, merchandise, and events, ensuring seamless execution of marketing plans.
• Maintain an organized event calendar and support staff scheduling for events and festivals.
• Supervise the Brand Ambassador team and provide budgetary oversight for marketing materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of marketing experience in the beverage industry or related fields.
• A 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, or a related area.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
